A New Call
The Carpenter's Hope

In 2019 God began a new call in the life of Rev. Ham.  It was into a call to retirement from active church ministry, to begin a non-profit to promote long term recovery efforts to the underfunded homeowner and worship centers.  Through much prayer, encouragement from great friends and prayer partners, the vision of The Carpenter’s Hope was born.

Season after season, and year after year we see, hear about or experience natural disasters that affect people across the world.  These disasters can affect single communities or entire regions.  FEMA and other recovery experts generally provide an estimate of time that must pass prior to full recovery.  For instance, following Hurricane Harvey the immediate estimate was seven years to recovery.
